GIVING

HOW WILL FUNDS BE RAISED?

Annual Giving is the primary means by which supporters have faithfully contributed to sustaining the future of Westminster Choir College. The success of the Annual Giving Campaign reflects the spirit of shared musical and educational experiences, as each successive generation of WCC alumni, friends, and donors does its part in helping to preserve and protect the 92-year legacy of this unique, world-class institution of higher learning.

HOW WILL FUNDS BE USED?

Gifts and donations will provide financial support to students to facilitate their studies, and for music and academic programs and activities crucial to the Choir College. The Foundation leadership is committed to accountability and good stewardship of all funds contributed, minimizing administrative costs to the extent possible.

WHAT EXPENSES WILL THE FOUNDATION INCUR?

As the transition from Rider University continues, the Westminster Foundation will incur start-up expenses that may include those for the administrative, legal, accounting, fundraising, and consultant costs necessary to secure and position the Foundation for its long-term viability and success.

When Westminster’s future is determined, the Westminster Foundation will continue to operate as an independent fundraising and alumni organization. It will identify, develop, and organize events for the Westminster community and provide contribution opportunities for student scholarships, endowment, and capital projects through annual giving, major gift initiatives, and planned giving.
